This training program focuses on representing in Investigative Interviews\, ELM 650 Mediation\, and ELM 650\, 651\, and 652 appeals and fostering leadership\, enhancing communication\, and promoting engagement among chapter members to strengthen the overall impact and effectiveness of UPMA at the grassroots level. \nCMR 101 is an entry-level class designed for new CMRs who have not handled many cases or those who desire a refresher with particular emphasis on Investigative Interviews\, appealing Letters of Warning\, and 7-day suspensions. We will also cover day-to-day tactics for encouraging communication for a healthier work environment. \nCMR 101 will take place at the Embassy Suites Denver Airport on Saturday\, November 2\, 2024. \nEvery member wishing to attend this event must register. \nThe training session will begin at 8:00 AM and expected to conclude by 5:00 PM.
