It’s that time of year again…We are now accepting applications for the annual Illinois Chapter UPMA Scholarship Award. If interested, please print a copy of the Scholarship Application, or the Application can also be printed from this issue of the IPN on our website illinoisupma.org then complete and submit. Please note:
APPLICANT MUST BE A CHILD, STEPCHILD, GRANDCHILD OR LEGAL WARD OF A MEMBER OR RETIRED MEMBER, OF ILLINOIS CHAPTER UPMA
PAST APPLICANTS/RECIPIENTS MAY APPLY
ALL INFORMATION SUBMITTED BECOMES PROPERTY OF THE SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE AND WILL BE HELD IN STRICT CONFIDENCE
APPLICATION MUST BE POSTMARKED BY MARCH 1, 2021
THE NUMBER OF SCHOLARSHIPS and AMOUNTS AWARDED WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE.
